Assists the President in planning, implementing and evaluating the academic programs and policies of the various departments and units of the school.

Key Responsibilities
Oversees academic program planning, curriculum development, and review.
● Aligns all academic activities with institutional goals and CHED requirements.
● Monitors faculty performance and coordinates development programs.
● Leads academic policy formulation and ensures consistent implementation.
● Coordinates class scheduling, academic calendar, and resource allocation.
● Ensures continuous improvement through program accreditation and quality assurance.
Faculty Support and Student-Centered Initiatives
● Facilitates orientation, training, and mentoring programs for faculty.
● Handles faculty concerns related to workload, evaluation, and academic standards.
● Oversees policies related to academic standing, honors, and progression.
● Collaborates with student affairs on co-curricular learning opportunities.
Partnerships & Compliance
● Coordinates with CHED and accreditation bodies to maintain standards.
● Prepares academic reports and documentation for regulatory compliance.
● Supports the integration of global academic best practices into local programs.
