A special recognition goes to Cesar Jr. R. Ibasan, RCrim, who ranked among the Top 11–20 in Region 10 and earned an Honorable Mention in the February 2026 Criminologist Licensure Examination. His achievement reflects the quality of education and training provided at IMCC and highlights the commitment of our graduates to excel in their chosen fields.
