Key Responsibilities
- Develops and implements human resource policies and programs aligned with institutional goals
- Partners with management on workforce planning, employee placement, and organizational development
- Maintains accurate employee records and administers HR systems and procedures
Employee Management and Development
- Oversees recruitment, orientation, training, performance evaluation, and retention employees
- Handles employee relations concerns, including grievances and conflict resolution.
- Provides HR guidance and support to School Administration and departments. Compensation, Benefits, and Compliance
- Administers compensation, salary reviews, benefits, and wage plans based on market and institutional standards
- Ensures compliance with labor laws, CHED, LGU, DOLE, and other regulatory requirements
- Prepares required HR reports and documentation for audits and regulatory compliance
