The School Principal, Michael Tingcang, started the event with a warm welcome speech. He thanked the partner institutions and stressed how important it is for everyone to work together to meet the educational requirements of young learners. An Inspirational Message was then provided by Dr. Helen S. Tejero, who underlined the value of community engagement, shared responsibility, and continuous collaborations in supporting holistic education and social development among children. After thereafter, Ms. Esmeralda R. Padagas, the Community Extension Director, gave an overview of the Community Outreach Program. She talked about its goals, planned activities, and how it would have a long-term effect on the school and community that it helped. She talked about how dedicated the school was to doing community work that was meaningful and helpful to society. Mr. Federico H. Gonzaga, Jr. gave an overview of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). He talked about the goal, scope, and responsibilities of the organizations that were working together. The ceremonial signing of the MOU came right after this. It was a sign that the cooperation was official and that both sides were committed to helping with education and community development.

The Villa Verde Workshoppers ended the program on a happy note with a dance performance that showed off the students’ skills. Then, 108 school kits were given out to the pupils. This made the kids happy and helped the outreach program achieve its goal of meeting the academic needs of students. The event was beneficial for everyone concerned, as it brought the school and its partners closer together and reinforced the community’s relationships. It also made it possible for everyone to work together to reach the common objective of promoting social responsibility and good education.
