IMCC Holds Training-Workshop on Constructive Alignment and OBE Syllabus Design

The Office of the Dean for Academic Affairs successfully conducted a training-workshop on “Constructive Alignment and Designing an Outcomes-Based Education (OBE) Syllabus” last July 12, 2025 at the IMCC Review Center. The activity was participated in by more than 50 full-time and part-time faculty members from the nine colleges and the graduate school department.

Serving as the resource speaker was Dr. Jovelyn G. Delosa, 2023 Metrobank Outstanding Filipino Teacher and Vice-President for Academic Affairs of Northern Bukidnon State College. Her lecture and hands-on session provided valuable insights on aligning learning outcomes with effective teaching strategies and assessments.

This faculty development initiative supports IMCC’s mission to nurture academic excellence attuned to global quality standards, particularly through the production of intensive instruction led by highly qualified faculty and the implementation of a well-crafted curriculum.
