With the effort to promote awareness on mental and physical well-being among our IMCCians, the NSTP office conducted a 𝗦𝘆𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 : 𝗛𝗜𝗩-𝗔𝗜𝗗𝗦 last September 7, 2025 at the IMCC Covered Court, with the theme “𝑬𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑵𝑺𝑻𝑷 𝒔𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒑𝒉𝒚𝒔𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝒘𝒆𝒍𝒍-𝒃𝒆𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒆𝒓, 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒓 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔”.
