  • Develops and implements human resource policies and programs aligned with institutional goals
  • Partners with management on workforce planning, employee placement, and organizational development
  • Maintains accurate employee records and administers HR systems and procedures

Employee Management and Development

  • Oversees recruitment, orientation, training, performance evaluation, and retention employees
  • Handles employee relations concerns, including grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Provides HR guidance and support to School Administration and departments. Compensation, Benefits, and Compliance
  • Administers compensation, salary reviews, benefits, and wage plans based on market and institutional standards
  • Ensures compliance with labor laws, CHED, LGU, DOLE, and other regulatory requirements
  • Prepares required HR reports and documentation for audits and regulatory compliance
